How to Receive Our Services 

College counseling services are provided primarily over the phone and by e-mail communication. Youth in foster care may schedule an appointment to meet with Joanne on Thursday afternoons at the Youth & Family Transition Center in the Casey Family Programs building in Old Town. The street address is 3878 Old Town Avenue, Suite 200, San Diego, CA 92110.

E-mail messages are checked daily. 

Directions 

To find the Youth & Family Transition Center, you can click on the "get driving directions" link below if you plan to visit by car.

You may also reach us by taking the San Diego trolley (or bus) to the Old Town stop and walking to our office. From the trolley station, head south (toward the State Park) on Congress Street. Go about 6 blocks until it ends at San Diego Avenue. Turn right on San Diego Avenue and go one block to Old Town Avenue. Turn right on Old Town Avenue and go one block. The building is on the corner of Old Town Avenue and Jefferson Street. The entire distance from the trolley stop to the office is less than one mile.
